4.3 · 30 reviewsMy mom was very hesitant about moving here, and the first few weeks were definitely an adjustment. The staff was patient, supportive, and helped her settle in without ever making her feel pressured. Now she's happy, has made friends, and I'm really glad we chose this place.
My sister moved to assisted living at tridgeview and we were nervous about the transition. Within two weeks she was participating in activities and made a friend down the hall. The staff checked in with us regularly those first weeks.
I would avoid this facility at all costs. They may have been better in the past before the new corporate ownership. They are understaffed, have no idea about their residents and the staff is not impressive (not well equipped skill wise and do not care). Our mother fell twice in less than two months and no one seemed to know what happened. I called and left messages for information and no response. As a result of the poor care and the falls, our mother has significantly declined - can no longer speak. Even the staff shared their concerns confidentially about understaffing and lack of care. I…

I would give this place zero stars if possible. This is what happens when hedge funds invest in elder care - all they care about is the financial bottom line. Their spiel at intake is nothing more than a false sales pitch. Do NOT send your loved ones here. There are other better options in the Midland area.

my mom calls me after lunch most days just to tell me what she ate and who she sat with. that tells me everything i need to know about how they're treating her here. the whole place feels like people actually care.
As someone who works in healthcare, I was skeptical about most senior communities. Tridgeview changed my mind. The assisted living staff is attentive without being intrusive, and they actually listen when residents or families bring up concerns.
The dining experience here is honestly better than I expected. My father looks forward to meals and has even gained back some weight he'd lost. The kitchen staff accommodates dietary needs without making it seem like a hassle.
when we toured tridgeview, we were impressed by how the staff interacted with current residents. they weren't just going through the motions, they actually seemed to know people by name and what mattered to them. we moved dad in three months ago and haven't looked back.
My Aunt was in this facility for a month and fell twice. She was hospitalized with multiple fractures. She told us how the staff talked very poorly about other residents which broke my heart. She had PRN medication for anxiety that seemed to have been given far too frequently. As a current ICU nurse and former memory care aide for years, I was mortified to hear this. After this happened and she was moved to a much safer facility, they charged an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for not giving notice. I cannot believe how terrible care for our seniors is nowadays.
