The girl at the front desk had an attitude from simply asking where my loved one’s Room is. I was interrupting her day. She told me the room number, but failed to tell me where the elevator was, and that I needed to have a code to operate the elevator. Although the room number started with a two, it wasn’t on the second floor… it was on the third floor. The roommate was pissing all over the floor and cranked his TV so loud you couldn’t even talk. They failed to give the necessary medications and…

Do not send your loved ones here!! From the time you walk in the smell of urine overcomes you. The girl at the front desk had an attitude from simply asking where my loved one’s Room is. I was interrupting her day. She told me the room number, but failed to tell me where the elevator was, and that I needed to have a code to operate the elevator. Although the room number started with a two, it wasn’t on the second floor… it was on the third floor. The roommate was pissing all over the floor and cranked his TV so loud you couldn’t even talk. They failed to give the necessary medications and when asked they had no clue what meds they needed to prescribe and told the patient to stop talking and go sit in their room. This was supposed to be for PT to get stronger walking. However , the facility seemed to house people with mental disabilities that were out roaming the halls and talking to themselves. It was a scene from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest..
Do not send loved ones here. I did not have the zero star option. Within 10 days my mother developed a severe staph infection as well as fungal infections over multiple sections of her body due to neglect and unsanitary conditions. The staff are not specialized and they are poorly understaffed. They will leave patients in soiled clothing and unacceptable treatment. This place should be closed down.
Villa at Green Lake Estates has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to help. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes residents and families feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Villa at Green Lake Estates to anyone looking for a supportive and compassionate care environment.

Since this was my first visit if this place is considered a Nursing Home it didn't smell. My relative is content with his stay. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The residence even gave me directions when they seen I was confused with finding the front door. No complaints

Everyone was so nice!
My brother spent the last years of his life here. Everyone gave him very good care. I was comforted knowing he was being made very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Villa.
