Villa at Pine Place

Ever since Villa took over from mission point they have got rid of all the good nurses they hired Young nurses that don't know what they're doing. My mother died June 28th I paid a month in advance 3,335 four July and I still haven't got my money back they're very rude when you talk to them I've even talked to the main office no response back it's been more than 60 days I had to borrow money to bury my mother you think they would give us our money back but no response. The management really sucks I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody now. I've had three members of my family there my stepfather and my wife who died there before Villa took over very poor management I am so pissed I don't know what to do should I hire a lawyer.

I don't know if there under staffed though there was 5 of them standing at the desk talking when I asked why my mother is still sitting in her urine they said she had a catheter and another one said no she doesn't this was a hour in a half after my niece told them, so I went back to the room and waiting as my mother is sitting there moaning because her leg is throbbing and now she shit her self and of course nobody aroundso like any normal son would do went back to talk to the lady helper she said she has to wait in line until she gets to her room by this time I'm boiling and yes I raised my voice and asked why then I thought to my self you no she is just a helper probably make 10 dollars A hour and I will not get anywhere with her.so they showed up 2 and half hours later ✌🏻 and took care of her gave her pain meds you come to your own conclusion
