Not only that, she has developed a great relationship with the caring staff which tells me she is very comfortable there. I have had many discussions with the staff about improving mom’s quality of life. They are really easy to work with and you can tell that they care about their residents and help them as much as they can. I am so pleased that my mom is at Waterford Oaks Senior Center. I rest easy knowing that they are taking good care of her. Not only that, she has developed a great relationship with the caring staff which tells me she is very comfortable there. I have had many discussions with the staff about improving mom’s quality of life. They are really easy to work with and you can tell that they care about their residents and help them as much as they can. Since this facility is smaller in size, it is a lot easier to get the personal care for a loved one. I would like to especially thank Tiffany who has worked so much with me with this goal in mind. I would definitely recommend this facility if your family member needs additional assistance with their needs. I didn’t know about the facility until my father in law stayed there for a short time a few years ago and our family had a positive experience with the facility then.
Very caring staff and home cooked meals
My wife, Kathy, entered the memory west 3/31/25! Her care here was excellent, battling frontal dementia! The staff took great care & compassion toward her. The hospital Hospice was awful, but Oaks, suggested, .Hospice

The staff here is awesome and very caring to the residents.
We had a positive, supportive, and accommodating experience with this facility, staff and management during my fathers last few months. This place is a great for someone who needs to be at a smaller, non-corporate facility and needs possible extra attention and company. We looked at several places and choice this place for many reasons.
My father was here for 3 months in hospice and had a caring and attentive staff. Briana went above and beyond to keep my dad comfortable, laughing and peaceful in his last days.
There is no other assisted-living that I could find that has all carrying help, good food, clean place and they become family. I drive over 100 mile round-trip because it is the best. Comparable to others they are more than a five star!
Hands down one of the best places I have come across. Good help is hard to find, but we have found it in Waterford Oaks. When it got too tough to keep our loved one in the home due to the extensive 24/7 care necessary, Trina's team provided us with the reliable care we needed. The staff is caring and helpful and when we need something, all we have to do is ask. It's truly a team effort that makes a difference. Our loved one has her own room with the opportunity to participate in activities throughout the week. The meals are healthy. This is a small, but mighty setting that we appreciate.
