Willowbrook Hills is such a great community. Their Memory Care team is super kind, and the residents always seem engaged and supported. They even have a Tovertafel table, which is honestly so fun — it gets everyone laughing and interacting. Its such a good feeling seeing them interact and having a quality of life.
I placed my mother in memory care at Willowbrook Hills, and I am forever grateful for the guidance, compassion, and support we received from Deanna and Korea. They truly held our hands throughout the entire process and made what was an emotional and difficult transition feel so much easier. After a negative experience at her previous facility, we were extremely hesitant and nervous about making another move. Deanna and Korea took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and reassure our family every step of the way. We truly couldn’t be happier with our decision. My mother is…

After a negative experience at her previous facility, we were extremely hesitant and nervous about making another move. Deanna and Korea took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and reassure our family every step of the way. We truly couldn’t be happier with our decision. My mother is happier, thriving, and receiving the care and attention she deserves. Seeing such a positive change in her has given our family so much peace of mind. We are incredibly thankful to Deanna, Korea, and the entire Willowbrook Hills team! ❤️
When we toured the facility with my grandmother, the first thing she said was that it felt like a real home, not an institution. Fast forward two years and she's found a community, takes pride in helping with activities, and actually looks forward to events. The staff rotation is consistent so she recognizes the same faces, which matters more than people realize.
My elderly neighbor was here for several weeks before she passed. Absolute worst facility I have ever seen. Would be there for hours, and no one would check on her. Food was horrible, and they would often forget the utensils. Never saw anyone in the common areas. Would not recommend to anyone.
We almost placed my mother somewhere else, but Willowbrook's memory care coordinator spent time understanding what she loved before admission. Now she participates in crafts, gardening, and music therapy, and the staff updates us weekly with specific stories about her day. The difference in her mood since we moved her is impossible to ignore.
I was hesitant about moving here until I met with the director and toured the facilities. What convinced me was seeing actual residents laughing together in the common areas and staff who seemed genuinely interested in how people were doing. The meals are restaurant quality, which honestly surprised me, and my roommate has become a real friend.
after my dad's stroke, we needed memory care fast and willowbrook had space. the nurses explained everything clearly, answered every question i had, and didn't rush me through the decision. six months later he's doing better than we expected and the staff checks in with me regularly about how he's adjusting.
My grandmother says the best part of her day is breakfast in the dining room with her new friends. The kitchen staff remembers how she takes her coffee and the activities coordinator helped her join the book club even though she was shy about it. She calls me excited about things happening at Willowbrook instead of just counting down the days.
