This is an excellent assisted living facility. It’s convenient that resident care goes all the way to end of life. The employees are very caring towards the residents. It’s a top notch facility. I am very happy to have my mother there.
We chose Woodland Terrace for my husband’s mother. After a terrible experience at an area nursing home we were so pleased with the response time when she needed help, the cleanliness of the facilities as well as her personal cleanliness and care. When placing a loved one at an assisted living facility it is so important to still visit frequently and take part in their care. This is not a hospital or nursing home with full time medical professionals. They will be there however when needed as well as hospice can be brought in if necessary. The staff is very caring, kind and need to be rewarded…

Our family has been so happy with the love and care our mother has been given at Woodland Terrace! The staff and ALL the employees are so kind and patient . The decision to pick Woodland Terrace was the right decision!
My mom has been living at Woodland Terrace for over a year. The staff is so kind to her and she has made friends. I sleep well at night knowing she’s safe and cared for when I can’t be there.
After the first check in inputting the information it has been easy to check in and out
Woodland Terrace was a very nice, clean, and well-kept building. The resident to staff ratio was a little low, though, and the residents seemed kind of zoned out.
My mom got severe bed sore.
Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow was a very nice community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. We chose another community that was a better fit for our budget.
