The woman I have been caring for was sent to Adira after a fall and I have been so impressed with both staff and care. Friendly and caring staff.
I'm enjoying my stay here at Adira. The staff is very helpful and considerate of my needs. The facility is always clean and refreshing. They just moved me into a different room and I am enjoying it so much. I would recommend Adira to anyone that needs some extra help. Thank you.
Thank you Olivia for your caring and comfort to the in patient rehab. Thank you also to Dan your caring goes a long way also to all the nurses , aids and staff. For making my husband’s stay warm and comfortable
I would like to say this place has been a great month to get the medicine I need to get on my feet. The staff is wonderful and therapist know what needs to be done. Nice big bathroom with shower right in the room.
Adira staff is impeccable and very accommodating as well as provide wonderful care to the patient that I referred there for 5 day respite care for our company First Hospice Care. They took care of her very well with respect and dignity. Not only was our hospice staff satisfied but my patient son was thoroughly happy with her placement. The admission director, Jennifer has great customer service and very pleasant. She always is accommodating and accepting with servicing our hospice patient. Adira is a wonderful company.
I was unable to walk correctly, I could not feel my foot they help me, AND didn't let me just give up. My opinion, THEY WORK WELL WITH PEOPLE TRYING HARD TO GET WELL. GODS PLAN WILL 🙏 DO THE REST. I WANT VERY MUCH TO GET BACK TO MY WORLD 🌎. TRAVELING AS A PROFESSIONAL SEMI TRK.DRIVER. I MISS MY INDEPENDENTANCE, THEY ARE WORKING 💪 TO GET ME BACK TO 💯 % RECOVERY, THANKS GOD FOR ADIRA STAFF OF WORKERS & TECHNIQUES TO HELPGET WELL AGAIN.
I have been a nurse for 24 years which I shared that with their staff, at least for those who didn't know me yet. I write a grievance letter about how I was not getting my pain under control so I can get my right hip replacement done with. Without pain control, which they NEVER came in on my admission day to go over with the nurse because the nurse was whining about doing an admission which I have done in privacy not in front of the patient, who resigned from there because 2 people lied on me. I decided to still go there after my post op surgery completed by the BEST ORTHO doctor DR. TAHA! Their physical therapy and their occupational therapy teams is WONDERFUL NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM 🫶🏿On Friday when I wanted to leave but, I changed my mind about leaving because they have a GREAT OT & PT and I was told that my pain management will get better and Olivia said she was going to talk to the Dr about making the PRN meds scheduled, which that never happened. Then the final straw was when the nurse Dave chatted that he gave me my pretty pink oxycodone, which he didn't. He gave me a small while pill that looked like synthroid. He said as he was quickly exiting my room after I had been waiting 35 minutes for any pain medicine included Tylenol that I got when it's too early and I had no problem with that. They DON, Unit Manager both started whispering in each other ear which, later after I my grandson go get them because they we're whispering while I was filing a grievance which I will be have that full up on. I started my complaints on all of them. Including Olivia because the first time I filled a grievance and I wanted to go because of the lack of care I was provided at Adira. There we're PRN meds that I had available and I wasn't getting them on Dan shift for 3-29-27, which was the day I said I was leaving. Olivia rushed the discharge when she should have been focusing on the allegation about my pain med that he lied and said was oxycodone. Also on the time management for getting medications to me which took on the average on 30 minutes to and hour sometimes which throws off when I can get the PRN pain med again. They worried about why am I still on oxycodone, why did the Dr extend my time on oxycodone, which I had nothing to do with. It was because of the poor care I received for controlling my right replacement which, like I expected I should be using a cane by nothing and I AM NOT😭I SHOULD HAVE LEFT WHEN I FILED MY FIRST GRIEVE 3 DAYS BEFORE THIS LAST ONE😔
The staff are great
