She owns other homes as well. During my dad's last week of his life, one day I went and he was given morphine incorrectly by one of the staff members. Hospice had to come out and figure out what was going on. They came back the next day and the same staff member had given him morphine AGAIN incorrectly and he was completely out of it. My dad passed away at the beginning of the month and I asked for the refund and she said she…

My dad was placed here and he was already going into hospice. The owner told me not to tell A Place for Mom that I went there because she did not want to pay the fee. She owns other homes as well. During my dad's last week of his life, one day I went and he was given morphine incorrectly by one of the staff members. Hospice had to come out and figure out what was going on. They came back the next day and the same staff member had given him morphine AGAIN incorrectly and he was completely out of it. My dad passed away at the beginning of the month and I asked for the refund and she said she would give it to me and then ghosted me completely and never gave me the money back. I would never recommend them to others looking.
