My father recently moved into AH carpenter…road facility Cari…did a wonderful/excellent job in introducing us to the A H and the many amenities/activities they have each day available to the residents for a cost friendly amount… Cari has been a huge help in helping my 95 year old father transition to a new city/living situation…. I personally was very impressed by the warm welcome from the entire administrative, dining, maintenance and housekeeping staff.. Thank you Cari! Dad would not be here if you hadn’t followed up with me!

Cari was so patient and helpful during the process of looking for a place for my dad, she invited us to happy hour and a meal to get my dad comfortable since he was hesitant about moving. She stayed in touch with me on specials and updates. And when we finally got my dad in for a visit she showed him furnished apartments of new residence so he could visualize and meet people. I highly recommend American house it is a great value
My mother is 92 years old. She has lived in her single family home for 65 years. The transition to move her to an senior living environment wasn't easy. But Cari Cowen made the move seamless. Her compassion and caring demeanor helped beyond words. From the minute we first spoke on the phone I felt comfortable. Honestly, she is one of the main reasons we chose American Home. My mother is thrilled to move in. Thank you Cari and American Home for all you do. I feel at peace my mother will be well taken care of.
My father-in-law lives in another state and was not ready for assisted living but wanted to downsize and move to an Independent living facility near us. We met with Cari who is amazing, caring and helpful. She did a FaceTime tour with him and was so thorough that by the end of the tour we decided we didn’t need to look anywhere else. Cari has been there every step of the way to answer questions and make us know we made the right decision. From the residents we spoke with to the great staff we are excited that we found the right place for our family member!
American House was an easy choice for my dad after hospital stays and rehab. He had specific requirements for going into a senior living facility and AHC was the right fit. It’s a nice an affordable place to live, My dad requested a first floor apartment with easy access to a parking. Cari helped to make this all possible and also helped him to feel more at ease and welcome to his new community. She also assisted with making the move go smoothly in a very short timeframe. We definitely appreciate everything she has done.
I took a tour today and met Cari! What a difference from the other places that we considered. She was kind, thorough and answered all our questions . Looks like this might be our place.
