4.5 · 139 reviewsMy folks will be moving into American House next week. Our family is very excited that they've chosen to make AH their next home. We're expecially thankful to have had Stacie Klein guiding us through the process of considering and ultimately choosing AH. There was not a question that she couldn't answer - and she did so with enthusiasm. We felt welcomed by staff and residents alike!
My dad is at American House. He loves it there. The office staff is fabulous. Both Samantha and Stacie will make the time to talk and eagerly assistant with any questions or concerns. The food there is fantastic. The service is incredible in the dining hall. Fadia is by far the nicest, warmest kindest person to help the breakfast "solve the worlds problems" table. She is a favorite of residents there and it is very well earned.
As a fellow senior living professional, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Samantha and Stacie through community networking and professional connections, and they are truly a joy to know. Their passion for helping seniors shines through in everything they do, and they consistently go above and beyond to build meaningful relationships within the community. I have had the priveledge of knowing and working with Samantha for many years. She is always professional, timely, and courteous with her communication and help. I’d highly recommend her and Stacie if considering any form of senior living needs.
We are in the process of getting my mom settled in here. The experience has been very easy and straightforward. Stacie has been wonderful to work with. She has answered all of my questions at all hours of the day and night including weekends. I'm very thankful for her care and compassion.
I would highly recommend this place for your loved one. They have cared for my grandma for nearly 5 years. The place is always clean, the staff demonstrates the most patience and friendliness toward my very forgetful grandma. They have monthly themed social dinners to encourage families to visit. Grandma loves everyone- from maintenance, to the administrator, kitchen staff and everyone in between, and i see why!
American House is an amazing community! Everyone is so welcoming. The monthly family nights are elaborate and you can tell a lot of thought goes in to making it special! The admissions and marketing, Stacie, is patient, kind, and passionate. Not only does she have a presence in the community but she represents out in the community as well. She even hosts a monthly senior chat at Holy Family which I was grateful to be able to present at this month with the guidance of Stacie.
