What truly sets them apart is their genuine concern for the well-being of each individual. They take the time to listen, address concerns promptly, and create an environment that feels welcoming, safe, and supportive. JJ’s professionalism is matched only by his kindness and ability to connect with residents, families, and staff alike.
We moved my father into American House in March, and it has been a wonderful experience. JJ was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The community offers great amenities, is clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. Most importantly, my father is happy and has adjusted very well to life at American House. He enjoys participating in the many activities available and has become engaged in the community. We moved my father into American House in March, and it has been a wonderful experience. JJ was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The community offers great amenities, is clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. Most importantly, my father is happy and has adjusted very well to life at American House. He enjoys participating in the many activities available and has become engaged in the community. We are grateful for the care, support, and welcoming environment that American House provides , and are exceptionally grateful to JJ who was and continues to be an integral part of our positive experience .
I looked everywhere. I evaluated carefully. I visited locations and stayed an entire day at each. This is the forth facility that I have stayed at for rehabilitation. I found only one better and it was 60 miles away. It was also twice the price with lots of extra charges and it had a two year waiting list! Milford American House was an excellent choice and it has proven to be a great fit for my needs. Honestly I’m very happy here. Of course there are small issues and potential areas needing a little tune up but I love it here and I recommend this location highly to anyone looking for a great…

JJ was exceptional with helping me move my mom into American from out of state. He continues to stay in communication and updates me about activities involving my mom.
Today John Jenkins community Relations Director gave me a tour of American House in Milford Michigan. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the ins and outs of Senior living for my Sister and Brother-in - Law. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions. We discussed the costs and services available that American House offers its residents. He helped make me feel comfortable and offered his services at any time.
My mother has been at American House Milford for 10 years. The staff is amazing and treat my mother with respect and empathy. Always working hard for the residents to have a great experience. Strong and caring leadership - “we are just guests for in our residents homes”.
My parents were hesitant to move out of their home but JJ helped my family see the benefits to moving to the American House. He really makes us feel like family and I feel so blessed know he is looking out for my parents. The food is great, the activities are fun and the people are so nice. Definitely recommend the American House!
After personally visiting many places, you must meet JJ and the staff an AH, Milford. They are experts in making sure your LO has the perfect apartment and any services needed. Every detail was covered: they go over and above to make everything seamless. Kind and welcoming community.
