They are always hiring and understaffed. Some of the patients need nurses, not just a housekeeper. I was a waitress and they hired me and said I would get training later, but it did not happen. If you try to tell the owners about a problem, they push you away or blame you. They did this to me and also to my friend at a different facility they own. They asked employees to post reviews here, so I am finally writing one.

Such a beautiful place to work!!

My grandmother started staying at Suncrest as an emergency respite client. She had fallen and the hospital released her, but she was not ready to go back home. My grandmother started staying at Suncrest as an emergency respite client. She had fallen and the hospital released her, but she was not ready to go back home. She stayed at Suncrest for almost four weeks. The facility was clean, it did not smell like urine, and the staff was friendly. I liked that my grandma had a private suite with one other lady. They had their own bedrooms, dining area, television-watching space, and private sitting chairs near the window where they could watch the Huron River. The chair my grandmother used for TV watching was electronic so it was easy for her to be more self-reliant when getting up and down. She also wore a personalized pendant for contacting the staff when she needed anything. The best part of her staying there was when she pushed the button, someone came to help her within a few minutes. I wish she would have decided to stay at Suncrest. The owner was very responsive to our questions and everyone was so nice! The only drawback I noticed is the lack of organized activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this location.
