They act like they care about you but they don’t. They just wanna rush you away and don’t solve the problem they are not problem solver at autumn woods I don’t like this place
Karen in admissions is a very patient and kind person. Duane is also very nice and understanding person. He is one of the best supervisors I've dealt with since my family has been here.
Horrible nursing home. The social worker had a treatment plan meeting without the guardian. The staff there is nasty and they don’t keep the residence clean. I wish the owner would respond to this. I got some things to say!

Patients and staff are very friendly. Facile is clean and all of my questions and concerns are always answered.
I have reason to believe my mom is being neglected here. When I brought it up to the administrative staff, I got screamed at and then was told that if I don't like it, I can remove my mom and go elsewhere. Upon talking to somebody else, they said, it's gonna be investigated, and I will be told with the investigation outcome is in two days. Luckily, my mom is fully with it, But I can't imagine what's happening to other patients here, that don't have people to advocate for them. I think it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional that the administrative staff of the entire building is screaming at me, I also have witnessed to this. Do NOT bring your family here PLEASE. On top of everything else, staff is not properly taken care of my mom like they're supposed to.
This is a very clean and do mean clean facility. The staff is extremely helpful and beyond friendly.
My Niece is a client in the facility and everyone in the family is always pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the residents and the facility! That you for the excellent service this rendered in its entirety..it's brings great joy and peace to know that of precious family member is receiving the best care possible!
Disgusting and very dirty. Smells like urine throughout
