4.7 · 35 reviewsThey were great in all aspects of care. The community did a great job with my mom. They managed her care are resources. The community could use some update in the future but was adequate.
We went with Genesis because of the convenient location to me. The English spoken from the the staff is not so good so something things get lost in translation. The room we had was the size of a closet, it was barely big enough to put a twin sized bed in. Overall I would recommend them to others looking for a smaller community, it is a one story home.
We chose Genesis because of the convenient location and also the house itself. The size of the place for the number of residents is perfect. You can tell that she fit in because it really is set up like a home instead of an institution. They keep you very informed, I am always getting videos of her doing things like exercising. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

This is a big place with very few occupants at this community. There is a lot of people taking care of the residents that are there. They get much more attention and care than they would anywhere else at another community.
Genesis Senior Living-Warren was OK. All the residents shared the same bathroom. It wasn't a good fit for my mother. To me, it's like a group home. It was like a refurbished house. The person that gave me the tour was OK. He was nice. The room was OK, too. It was something about the facility that didn't sit well with me. Outside and inside the house seemed to be very well maintained, it looked clean, and it didn't smell.
We chose Gensis Senior Living mostly due to the convenient location. What has really stuck out to us about this facility is the staff members, they have all been so helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to others.
I have multiple patients at Genesis Senior Living. They are always clean and well taken care of. The caregivers are wonderful and are always able to tell me how my patients are doing. I love how sweet they are to all the residents and caring.
