4.0 · 23 reviewsWe loved the Care that my parents received at Beacon Pointe. We feel the entire staff is very caring, Rachel, Nikki, and Ashley are always so attentive and caring. But there are so many others including the maintenance man Mark, who is so friendly and cheerful and always wants to help.iAlso, the food is fantastic. They have a wonderful chef who is a really great guy, Kam who makes wonderful meals. We are also so thankful to Heidi. She makes the entire place runs so smoothie keeps it so fresh and clean and cares very much for all of her residence.
My loved one was at Beacon Point for 13 months. I have nothing but high praise for all aspects of this wonderful facility. All of the staff were so kind and understanding. Heidi taught us the art of therapeutic fibbing when her demands were off base. They led us through her journey of memory loss and death and they did it with wisdom and compassion. My hat is off to Beacon Pointe in Richland Michigan. Sarah Turner
My dear friend for more than 50 years sadly no longer could stay in her home due to dementia. Previously I had gone through a similar situation with my father. We tried at least four different Assisted Living communities none of them could compare to the quality of care and kindness Beacon Point gave my friend. Beacon Point was very well managed considering how difficult it can be trying to make everyone happy in such a stressful situation. No matter what time I came to visit she was clean . She was changed several times a day if needed. The girls that were her aids were very kind and loving to her. They became more than caretakers they became our friends. I will be forever thankful that we were lucky enough have chosen Beacon Point for her last year of life.😇

I’m very grateful for the care my father receives at Beacon Pointe Assisted living. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which has made the transition much easier for our family. Communication has also been excellent—we always feel informed and supported. Most importantly, my father is happy there and even enjoys the food, which says a lot! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.
This is a beautiful, clean facility with lots of activities for residents. Family member was very happy there. Unfortunately, the management staff was inconsiderate to the residents capabilities. They tried more than once to push her out. The MD thought she was totally appropriate for the facility, but, they pushed for moving to another level of care. That has caused added stress & decline in health to our loved one.
Megan the caregiver was so amazing! As a provider, I often don’t get met with staff that are so compassionate, caring, and offering assistance before I could even ask. She went out of her way to provide excellent care and her big heart definitely showed.
My Great-Father-in-law loved living here. It was wonderful to see the smile on his face and hear the stories of his daily life whenever we visited him at Beacon Pointe. He had nothing but positive things to say about the meals, activities, friendships and caretakers he experienced every day while living there. His room was comfortable, spacious and bright, and the kind and professional staff was always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you, Beacon Pointe, for all you did for Jerry Inman and for so many other families!
By far, one of the best Assisted living facilities in Kalamazoo county. Staff is friendly, caring and attentive . The Richland facility is clean,and meals are prepared in house. Many daily activities and visiting organizations for the residents.
