Shanell takes great care to make sure the residents feel like it’s their home. The meals are home cooked, every time I visit it smells very pleasant, My mom really enjoys Gull Arbor. We appreciate them very much.
My mother was a resident at Gull Arbor for 5 years. During all this time she was treated very respectfully and given fantastic care. All residents here are treated as family. Each resident’s individual needs are met with loving care. Whenever my mother was in any type if distress, I was immediately contacted by both the person on staff as well as the owner of the facility. When my mother was in her final days, they allowed me to stay the night with her, even feeding me meals. If you are looking for a smaller place with a 1-6 ratio of help to resident, , you can’t go wrong picking Gull Arbor.
Very loving senior home. Beautiful atmosphere, plentiful homemade meals and a compassionate, caring staff. Definitely worth a tour if you’re looking for a safe, skilled and loving home environment for your loved one.

This is a beautiful place for seniors, staff is friendly and very helpful to the residents, home cooked meals and pleasant home environment.
Honestly this is the only place I would trust to care for my aging family members. I was impressed with the beautiful, quaint facility with home-cooked meals and personalized care. The residents are able to experience comfortable in a safe home experience where they can receive care that they need, yet maintain a home environment with family style dining. Staff goes out of their way to spend time with the residents and care for them as if they are family.
I highly recommend Gull Arbor and their staff because they are warmhearted, friendly and they care deeply about their families. Gull Arbor Senior Living is a home away from home.
As a nurse that goes into this facility to see patients I am very impressed with the care they provide. It is a home-like environment and staff treats residents like family. This is one of the best facilities I have the opportunity to go into.
I am so thankful for the friendly helpful staff at Gull Arbor. The home is always a clean, loving environment with home cooked meals. Great care of residents. I highly recommend for anyone in need of assisted care.
