Personal property stolen from patient's room by a family member 3 times and no police report filed or notification of property owner. Facility does not appear to have any policies or procedures for dealing with this. Had to file a police report independent of facility.
I've had my mother there a couple of times. She's broken her pelvis, she broken her femur, and most recently she's had a pretty bad twisted knee that she couldn't put any weight on for two weeks. The therapy is very good there. They're real good with her. She was typically taking her meals in her room because she had to have her leg out straight in the wheelchair and she felt uncomfortable going to the dining room. They were good about making sure her food was cut up for her because, with the Parkinson's, she has trouble getting some of the meats down sometimes.
