4.7 · 117 reviewsCascade Trails offers beautiful, modern facilities for independent living in a retirement community. The shared spaces are clean, bright, and comfortable. The menu looked appetizing. And the staff was caring and knowledgeable.
Cascade Trails is a warm, welcoming environment. My Mom is enjoying her time there. They have numerous activities every day.
Mom has lived in Cascade Trails independent living for a couple of years. She recently moved to the assisted living. She seems to be doing well and the care the staff provides seems to be very good. I am pleased with our decision to move her to Cascade Trails.

Cascade Trails offers the best in Senior Living. You can tell how amazing a retirement community is when the residents who call this home are fiercly loyal and refer their family and friends to live here.
They dropped my grandpa and he died the next day.
The senior living community at Cascade Trails is beautiful, clean and home-like. The employees were friendly and helpful, and acknowledged me right away. The residents were gathered for an activity and seemed to be enjoying themselves and each other; lots of smiles and laughter. The dining room is spacious and well lit. There are even two golden retrievers who visit with the residents. The apartments are spacious, each with a private bathroom and large closets. Laundry services are available on site. The building is nestled in a quiet wooded area right off Spaulding Ave SE.
Mom seems to be much more settled and happy in this smaller community. The staff is very attentive and knows each resident by name and also become quickly attuned to their medical needs as well. When searching for a new home for Mom in the StoryPoint communities, I did note that the cost per month varied by location (and size) of the communities (sites closer to the city were more expensive; smaller communities cost more than the larger communities).

He’s not just a resident to them—they take the time to really know him, from his favorite foods and music to the activities that make him smile. They make sure he’s included in daily activities and encourage him every step of the way. When his daily living activities become more difficult, they adjust his care with thoughtfulness and dignity. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is surrounded by people who truly care about his well-being.”
