I would not recommend Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab Facility based on my experience. The facility was dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. The food was also very poor quality. While not every staff member was unkind, our nurse, Melanie, was discourteous and lacked the compassion and professionalism you would hope for when caring for vulnerable patients. A few staff members were pleasant, but our overall experience was disappointing. Another major concern was the lack of phones in the patient rooms, making it difficult for residents to communicate with their families. That added…

A few staff members were pleasant, but our overall experience was disappointing. Another major concern was the lack of phones in the patient rooms, making it difficult for residents to communicate with their families. That added unnecessary stress and frustration. I was so dissatisfied with the care and overall environment that I requested to have my grandmother transferred to another facility. The transfer process dragged on for an entire week. During that time, the receiving facility told us they had not received the transfer paperwork they were expecting. Instead of completing the transfer, Cherry Hill ultimately decided to discharge my grandmother. Choosing a nursing and rehabilitation facility is one of the most important decisions a family can make. Based on my experience, Cherry Hill failed to provide the level of cleanliness, communication, and overall care that my family expected. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate place for a loved one.
Incredible therapy staff. The therapist were knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The nursing staff was professional and personable. They offered activities for those who like to be social.
I WOULDNT SEND MY DOG HERE IF IT WAS DYING! The building is disgusting they have dead bugs just sitting in the windows, building is always muggy and funky smelling, the STAFF uses so much foul and abusive language towards each other and in patient areas its literally a nightmare. I came to visit my mother and saw four aids smoking weed in the parking lot you could smell it everywhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am not sure of these individuals names because NO ONE wears name tags 🤦🏼 two female and two males. A heavy set man and woman the guy always wears a hat with no…

I came to visit my mother and saw four aids smoking weed in the parking lot you could smell it everywhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am not sure of these individuals names because NO ONE wears name tags 🤦🏼 two female and two males. A heavy set man and woman the guy always wears a hat with no scrub outfit every time I see him he is talking on the phone and the female has red hair brown skintone woman heavyset build. The other two darker tone and slim the woman had box braids and the young man wore all black with a short haircut and glasses. It’s like they didn’t have any concern as if this was normal for this place. I asked my mother if she had been changed she didn’t respond but I could smell and see the urine stains in her sheets!! ABSOLUTELY PISSED!! The aid took 45 minutes to answer the light and once she did my mothers room wreaking of the smell of weed🤮
The other day I was here touring the building and I couldn’t help but to recognize how Audra West is absolutely amazing! She is always so friendly, hardworking, and willing to help in every department whenever needed. Her positive attitude and dedication never go unnoticed. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done and that everyone feels supported. Audra is truly a valuable part of the team and deserves all the recognition for the incredible work she does!
I have personally seen Audra West take extra care of the residents in her care. She also has taken time outside her work schedule to visit those who are in the hospital.
When I toured with Michelle we met with Audra & they both were such a delight! I’d definitely put my mom here!
I can only speak for myself. I received excellent care from the staff. I was greeted daily with smiles and concern for my well being. Of course everyone were not just mindless smiling zombies following orders to be "fake nice". I felt that some of the staff were genuinely invested in my recovery. I also must suggest to the owners that they invest in the facility especially the rehabilitation department. Rehab is lacking strengthening equipment for the lower body. Also the rehab space would be so much larger if it was not cluttered with non essential stuff (like the therapists desks or office supplies). The therapy space should be just that, a space for therapy. Not storage for the rehab department. The therapy department could be so much more than just a way to "Bill" for therapy.
Great admin and don
