4.3 · 31 reviewsIt is difficult to have to choose a place for your loved ones; but I can tell you this was the best choice I made for my parents. I never met such a wonderful group of loving, caring , compassionate people. The entire staff truly care about meeting the needs of each individual with love and tender care. The smaller atmosphere makes everyone feel like family. Love this place and would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for what you do!!!
I’ve had the privilege of getting to know some of the management team here, and they truly care about their residents. Beautiful community!
They have been a true life change for my father who has severe dementia and moderate Parkinson’s. The quality of care he has received is far better than the American House facility he was at previously. It was the best possible decision to move him, he is doing so much better. I think the small size is a major factor. They take care of their staff, which generally translates into the staff taking care of the residents. My dad has participated in more activities, crafts and entertainment in the past couple months than he did at the last place he was at in a few years. This has really helped…

This has really helped his mental health and improved his quality of life. They continue to have top notch special events for residents like their Luau, Halloween bash, Christmas party, etc.

I dropped my baby off here thinking it was a daycare, I came back 5 days later and he had handprints all over him
They reel you in with false statements and promises, the staffing is inconsistent, sometimes the med techs COOK, laundry is overflowing.. they’re too cheap to hire the right staff to do the jobs..sometimes they’re so short that our loved ones miss showers, but staff lie and say they gave them. Make sure your loved one can talk because god knows how they’re being treated. My mother stated she was manhandled by a staff and nothing was done. I don’t know how the ED and nurse are in charge of this place they are a bad combination I’ve been there and hear the gossiping where is the professionalism?! A lot of dark stains on the carpet and urine smells.
I cannot say enough for the care my mother received. As my mother disease progress the employees step up to meet her needs. The kindness and caring was amazing. These individuals exhibited the true meaning of love. I cannot thank Clinton Creek enough for helping my family though this difficult time. My mother has passed, but her time there made a world of difference. God bless all the staff. I appreciate all you do.
