When she first moved in, there were a lot of complaints of it feeling like prison , but she was trapped due to her own mental incapacities , and I can see where she thought that for a while. Some of the things I've read in the reviews are valid. The smell is unfortunately something you have to deal with. Because of the residents themselves, that's not a lack of care or cleanliness at all. My mother resided there from March until her passing a week ago. When she first moved in, there were a lot of complaints of it feeling like prison , but she was trapped due to her own mental incapacities , and I can see where she thought that for a while. Some of the things I've read in the reviews are valid. The smell is unfortunately something you have to deal with. Because of the residents themselves, that's not a lack of care or cleanliness at all. I spent a little over 2 weeks 12 hours a day, pacing those halls in my mother's last days, and I can assure you these people have bigger hearts than what they should have to. Remember that this is an assisted living facility. They helped provide the absolute best long-term care within their means for my mother. Every single staff member has become a small part of my family through this unfortunate journey. I would list names of her favorites but I would be afraid to leave anyone out. Yall know who you are!!!!
Cold food with ice in it at times. Rude employees especially Lindsay. Always on their phones and place reeks of urine. Never answered the call lights

Horrible staff. They treat my mother so wrongly .This place needs too get checked out and there licensees revoked!! The way the staff member mumbled under her lips after we can too her after a concern ,The staff walks around with there phones,dirty looks from each n other. Not professional at the most. There was 2 People there we love. And always ask for them. N I’m pretty sure one just quit. Corporate and higher up management will definitely hear from my family and I’d love them to review camera footage on how she treated us! Not just that but the whole entire place smells like urine ;doesn’t feel clean. At all.
This facility has been great for my 86 year old Dad. He loves it here! Says they take good care of him, but yet he still feels somewhat independent. The workers seem to genuinely care for the residents wellbeing.
