My experience with Cornerstone AFC raised serious concerns about safety, ethics, and professionalism. I was pressured to engage in improper and potentially illegal practices related to medication administration and documentation. When I refused, I faced hostility and intimidation from staff. The facility itself was poorly maintained, unsanitary conditions were ignored, and basic cleanliness was not upheld. I reported all of this to HR, including the unsafe requests and hostile behavior. My experience with Cornerstone AFC raised serious concerns about safety, ethics, and professionalism. The facility itself was poorly maintained, unsanitary conditions were ignored, and basic cleanliness was not upheld. I reported all of this to HR, including the unsafe requests and hostile behavior. Their response was dismissive and failed to address any of the serious concerns I raised. There is a clear lack of accountability and oversight, which puts both staff and vulnerable clients at risk. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone.
What I understand is they treat their residents like crap and trying to get a hold of your relatives is a nightmare.
