2.8 · 4 reviewsMy loved one was previously a resident at Court Street Village West and her experience at this facility was poor. She was a resident here for three years. After what we had gone through with the management and how they care for their seniors, I wouldn't let another loved one of mine live at this facility. I would not recommend Court Street Village West to others.
It is a nice place. It could use some updating. I would recommend Court Street Village to a friend. The apartments have patios. The staff was good. It is cost effective, they go according to your income.
It wasn’t quite as nice as the next door residence. Lobby is going to be renovated so it will probably be nicer.
