My father, who has dementia, has been at Courtyard Manor for about four years now, and I have been very pleased with the level of service and the very caring nature of the staff. From all of my interactions, I know that my dad really enjoys and appreciates the staff, and they sincerely, care about his health and well-being. Marlene in particular, the head nurse, is an absolute gem and so patient with my father, and I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough for all of the kindness and love they provide to my father and his final years. My father, who has dementia, has been at Courtyard Manor for about four years now, and I have been very pleased with the level of service and the very caring nature of the staff. We absolutely loved Courtyard Manor in Farmington Hills! My father-in-law needed special care and their staff was amazing with him! Can't say enough good things about the facility and staff! Thank you!!

Our Mom moved to Courtyard Farmington Hills two months ago. We are very pleased with how they operate and feel it is the best place for our Mom. She had been at 2 other places but as her dementia progressed neither of the other places she lived was able to consistently and effectively address her needs. Staff are always around, always friendly, and are responsive to our Mom’s needs. The place is always clean and there are a lot of regular activities during the week, along with many excursions and special activities.
My mom has been at CMFH since May 2024 and it was the BEST move for her. They take good care of her and I know she likes it bcuz she has told me. She likes the meals they prepare too. The staff loves my mom like I love her, and having that piece of mind for me has been huge!!! I have NEVER EVER second guessed the decision to move my mom here!
My loved one has been at courtyard manor for almost 6 years. While I have had a lot of challenges in the past with care to my loved one I must say now since a change in management, I am very satisfied with the care that is being provided. When I have issues they are addressed promptly and resolved effectively to my satisfaction. If you chose courtyard manor your loved one will have a clean, secure environment, with caring staff.
My sister lived her for two years, can’t say enough good things about Courtyard Manor, they treated my sister wonderful. Would never have moved her but needed to find a place for her that accepts Medicaid .
The caregivers, as you surely know, are where it really matters. Fancy places are meaningless without great staff. I got lucky, good people and adequate numbers. Courtyard manor in Farmington Hills was an especially good decision. They were equipped to deal with a very wide range of behavior problems that other places are not. And once again that includes incredibly patient, even lovingly, people who deliver more than they could possibly be paid. Many memory facilities were not equipped for that, or were significantly more expensive or long drive away.
