We put my father in there for two weeks for respite care So my family could have a vacation and I think they took very good care of him. They actually seem to care about the people that are in there Robin Richardson, one of the directors there was extremely helpful and reassuring to me because I was quite nervous about putting my father in anywhere cause he's never been anywhere. She let me call her and she would bring the phone over to my dad and like I got to talk to him they communicated well with me when the nurses were doing…

I would highly recommend Cranberry Park West Bloomfield . We put my father in there for two weeks for respite care So my family could have a vacation and I think they took very good care of him. They actually seem to care about the people that are in there Robin Richardson, one of the directors there was extremely helpful and reassuring to me because I was quite nervous about putting my father in anywhere cause he's never been anywhere. She let me call her and she would bring the phone over to my dad and like I got to talk to him they communicated well with me when the nurses were doing anything He sent me a message. Let me know what was happening. The two nurses that were his main caretakers. I believe their names were Brianna and Janelle. I had a chat with them at the end Of My dad's stay and I was very pleased with how My dad was treated and taken care of And I will use them again in the future. It's a very clean place. Overall assessment is it was great.!

The activities and engagement that Dolores offers in Memory Care is literally the best I've ever seen (and we researched a lot of places before moving my mom). Dolores deserves a gold medal (and a bonus)! She's incredible in more ways than I can even list. They actively keep residents engaged in activities, which is so important for memory care patients. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very attentive; we have cameras in the room, and we watch closely (we are also on-site multiple times a week). Robin…

We brought our family member here and couldn't be happier! The staff is FANTASTIC! The activities and engagement that Dolores offers in Memory Care is literally the best I've ever seen (and we researched a lot of places before moving my mom). Dolores deserves a gold medal (and a bonus)! She's incredible in more ways than I can even list. They actively keep residents engaged in activities, which is so important for memory care patients. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very attentive; we have cameras in the room, and we watch closely (we are also on-site multiple times a week). Robin Richardson was the reason we moved our family member into Cranberry Park--she went out of her way to communicate, accommodate, and help in every way possible. Robin is such an asset to Cranberry Park and is the glue that keeps this truly a stellar place for any person needing assisted living and/or memory care. I highly recommend!

It's a very difficult and challenging journey to experience your mom's decline due to dementia. A once vibrant, intelligent, loving individual is fading away. However, when you have confidence she's receiving ongoing care, personalized toward her needs, the journey becomes easier. Memory Care at CP has been so attenuative, engaged, respectful, and caring with my mom. As with all residents, they emphasize engaging in meals and activities-and that's so important! As for me-only wanting the very best for my mom-the reassurance of knowing she is well cared for provides relief and comfort. In addition, the ongoing communication and support for me as well, is invaluable.

After meeting with Robin, we moved my mother from another facility to the memory care unit at Cranberry Park of West Bloomfield. This turned out to be a great decision. While we can see her dementia progressing , we are also seeing her happier than she was at her previous stop. The staff has been friendly and attentive. She has enjoyed the field trips, which were non existent in the prior residence. She likes the food. They encourage the residents to participate in activities. If you need a place for a family member, my family and I strongly recommend Cranberry Park.
I ended up not touring this facility and do not have a loved one here, but five stars is for their professionalism on the phone and their kind staff for helping my husband in locating somewhere that would take our insurance. Keep up the great work Cranbery Park of West Bloomfield you are so appreciated .
I am extremely pleased with Cranberry Park. It started with Robin who made the admission process and every detail about move in easy and seamless. The staff- Micah, Simone and others have been very friendly and attentive. The building is very clean and well kept. Eric, one of the owners is onsite most days and so helpful and willing to do anything to ensure that my dad is taken care of and happy. I have been really impressed with the whole team.
Delores, Robin, Crystal, Dr. Kathy and the staff at Cranberry Park are AMAZING. My loved one was progressing in the disease process and in need of doctor oversight, a smaller environment and more attentive care. The staff and leadership are in invested in each resident demonstrated by their personal commitment to excellence. After months of stress, worry and concern, I am finally able to relax and know that my loved one is being treated as if she were a family member with respect, dignity and care. It is not just a job for the Team at Cransberry, it is a calling that they each take personally. Today, my loved one is not just surviving, she is thriving and doing well. What a turn around. I'm grateful and thankful!
I highly recommend Cranberry Park in West Bloomfield. The staff is truly amazing—kind, attentive, and always on top of the care. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which brings great peace of mind. The food is also wonderful and clearly prepared with care. It’s comforting to know that residents are in such a supportive and well-run environment. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent work you do!
