Great staff, great community. Staff is attentive community smells wonderful! Highly suggest
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living facility! Since the new manager, Liza Hobbins, has stepped into her role, the positive changes have been incredible. She is truly doing amazing things for both the residents and staff. Her leadership is evident in the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail in every aspect of care. The activities she has introduced are engaging, creative, and thoughtfully planned. Residents always have something meaningful and enjoyable to look forward to. The meal plan is also outstanding, nutritious, well balanced, and appealing.…

The activities she has introduced are engaging, creative, and thoughtfully planned. Residents always have something meaningful and enjoyable to look forward to. The meal plan is also outstanding, nutritious, well balanced, and appealing. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring residents are happy and well cared for. Top quality care is a priority here. The in house physician is attentive and compassionate, and the Director of Nursing is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to residents well being. Together, the team creates a safe, supportive environment where families can feel confident their loved ones are receiving exceptional care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
My Mom (and other residents)were all left outside for several hours in 90 degree weather and the fire department had to send them all to the hospital. They lost their real license, but had a provisional license until they requalified. They also lost a resident and the Police found her.
This place was recently bought by new owners. My Aunt passed away about a year ago, Anita Birman was her guardian. Anita must be on the lam, she cannot be located. This facility also does not know how to contact the current owner. AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ALL COSTS!
The staff and this community are wonderful. My loved one is in need of services now and I am ready to make a call back to get him services so that he can be in great care. My other loved one was only there for a short time and we loved it.
Because of covid it is very difficult to rate since we were not able to go inside the facility. We chose Divine Life because we were on a time crunch and we needed to get her in some place quickly and they had availability. This facility is also one who takes medicaid. The room sizes here are very small and they are shared rooms. The staff here were always very professional and friendly when I called them on the phone and they took the phone to her whenever I would call.
Upon arriving I walk in and was greeted by no one. Staff was on phone with owner who was yelling so I went looking for someone else. Only one staff member working at this time. Which concerned me greatly. The person I scheduled with forgot. Staff member gave me a quick tour as she was working. I was able to walk around myself and if I had any questions to ask. Came around dinner, frozen food was being prepared. Patients were in chairs with tv. The building wasn’t disgusting but not very clean. I did not see any activities of lists of events. The menu is a 4 week rotation. The lady showed me the menu and pantry. Lots of frozen and boxed food. If fresh is your thing this is not the place. She said they are not allowed to make many food substitutions, and no extra food. Families are responsible for extra servings. All rooms were different which I liked. They even had a pink room which I thought was too much. Never got a call back to reschedule.
We took a tour of this community and it was not clean as the community we chose. The menu did not look as well as the other community. The community is small and seemed crowded.
