4.6 · 577 reviewsTherapy is wonderful They work with you. They find out what your goals are and take it from there. They explain the exercises and let you know what the outcome of the exercise should be. They don't rush you. Very friendly people. Therapy is the reason I came here and they did not disappoint. And by the way, the CENA, Joslyn, is absolutely marvelous! She can brighten up your whole day just by seeing her.
Been here four weeks. Bo in PT was great. Overall I have no complaints about Therapy. The food was pretty good. Of all the places I have been, this is the nicer place. Only wish I had a bigger bed and better temperature regulation.
I was very pleased with the nursing staff and the Rehab Jessica Cameron Sommer Keysha and Femi were top tier.. Activity dept was also great Jada really was a big help during the activities. For the most part Everybody was helpful in one way of another. If I ever have to be in rehab again I would come back, it's clean and hives a comfortable stay. Thank you all...

My wife's mom stayed here for weeks. We were very impressed with the staff and the facility. The place was always clean and looked like the staff cared. The amount of PT and OT she received was great and helped speed up her recovery. We want to thank AJ, Jessica, Summer, Brendon, Rasherra and Anisha to name a few. All the staff was great and so many we cannot remember all the staff.
The therapists are kind and intelligent. A group of people after one goal. They are very individual and unique in how they work with you. My therapy has been wonderful and helpful. I have succeeded beyond what I thought. I am happy here. The food is good. My daughter knew this was the best place for me. The service is impeccable. My spirit is uplifted here.
I noticed a lack of supplies when I asked for things I needed. The shower was not working in my room. Nursing and therapy were excellent. Nurses Shawn and Carter were great. Therapists Brenna, Izza and Crystal were excellent and helpful. Ms Art and Deborah in cleaning were wonderful. NP Milena was helpful too.
I learned a lot about my condition from working with Therapy. Annette helped me relax and understand what was going on with my body. Jessica was very, very friendly. I felt very safe when I was with them. I want to add two more therapist to this review. The names are OT Keysha and PT Ezza. They are great Home Care therapist they're helping me to continue to get better.I hope by the time they are done I will be driving again. Optalis has an awesome group of therapist 😀
I have gotten better since being at Evergreen. The people have been nice to me.
