4.4 · 63 reviewsVery informative and professional tour w/ Marianne. Residents were very friendly and welcoming to us. Residents say they really like living there! They informed us they have a really good new chef who uses spices!!! We got to meet the chef and her food was VERY GOOD!
Park House - Southfield is beyond incredible when it comes to scheduled activities + outings. My sister & I were scouting for our mother and couldn't believe the list of amenities and floor plan options. Although we'd recommend scheduling a tour, Marianne still provided a full tour during our pop-up visit. Daily breakfast with the options to add other daily meals for the month, an onsite barber + beauty shop, weekly housekeeping .. with a list of other's. The location is pieceful , the staff is pleasant, and the residents are very social and among their peers. We give them four thumbs up!
We are very thankful and impressed with the excellent level of service with a smile that Marianne has always delivered to us and others sine we lived here 2.5 years. She is always going above what is expected and we appreciate it very much. Charlie and Marian

The. Community was very beautiful Marianne was very thorough and kind in assisting my mother and I with the tourist community. The amenities an space of the apartments was beautiful I loved the community and hope my mother decides to make this her home The tour guide gives the durst impression of what it would be like to reside here. I think this would be a good fit for her.
I had a tour of the Park House Apts on 4/18/26 for my sister who is handicapped and looking for a senior living community that would be amenable to her needs, MARIANNE was in charge of the tour and she was amazing. She was professional, charming, and very thorough. She addressed all of my questions and she gave me an excellent tour, highlighting all the amenities and services provided for all residents to enhance their lives.
This is a great place for seniors. It's clean and maintain very well. The employees are great. Marianne standout she's great. We did a tour of the complex. Marianne directed us and was very helpful. She made this a easy decision for me and my wife. My mother-in-law has been here for about a month. The other seniors who live here are nice and friendly. The activities for the seniors are great.... Thank you Marianne for all your help.
I met Marianne the morning after my mom was released from the hospital. I spoke to her about an issue with a child running and jumping around above her apartment. She was very professional and informative about how some residents take care of their grand children, and made sure she would let the person in charge check on this issue. She also was the person that showed my mom around and made sure she felt comfortable moving into an apartment, for the first time in her life. Marianne was very personable and quite inviting and always greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you Marianne for being GREAT!
