4.3 · 89 reviewsI called to inquire about your services, but unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was highly unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me, seemed annoyed, and rushed to end the call. The final straw was when she asked me to hold because her popcorn was burning. As a result, I chose to hang up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Fairmont is a very welcoming, family oriented community. The staff and residents are all friendly and supportive of each other. My mom enjoyed the food. My only concern was I felt more frequent check-ins during the night shift were needed in my Mom's case.
My husband has been at Fairmont of Farmington Hills. The staff is very attentive and responsive. They're very good here. I don't really have any negatives. My husband likes it here. It's not home, but it's pretty good. His living space is fine. I had to supply some of the stuff to go there, like hangers, toiletries, and a lot of things from home, but I think that's the way it is in most assisted living places. The food is pretty good. My husband is a picky eater, but he likes most of the food here. The facility is very clean. They're very conscientious. The residents here are always doing…

My husband has been at Fairmont of Farmington Hills. The staff is very attentive and responsive. They're very good here. I don't really have any negatives. My husband likes it here. It's not home, but it's pretty good. His living space is fine. I had to supply some of the stuff to go there, like hangers, toiletries, and a lot of things from home, but I think that's the way it is in most assisted living places. The food is pretty good. My husband is a picky eater, but he likes most of the food here. The facility is very clean. They're very conscientious. The residents here are always doing something. They have chair Tai Chi, trivia Tuesday, and bingo. They have a lot going on. People seem to be enjoying themselves. This is our first experience in assisted living, and it all seems like a lot of money, but he seems happy, and he is safe.

I just want to say that a place for mom was a a god send . I really didn’t know where to start to looking for a place in my mom income. I called fairmont inn all I can is they are the most amazing people . They so caring & kind. I really can’t say enough about them . I would recommend a place for mom & fairmont inn .thank you for all of your kindness will ever be in my heart.
The staff. Bear in mind that my husband only lived there the last 12 weeks of his life, but every member of the staff cared for his needs, tried to provide special food or support when he could no longer eat, and went out of their way to make him comfortable as he came to the end of his life
Fairmont Assisted Living is an awesome facility beautiful,clean,safe & secure. The staff, nurses & nurse's assistants are patient, helpful & kind. They gave my auntie the best care an blessed her life. Many blessings to Mrs.Gina & Nurse Jan. Thank you for the extra care & attention you give our seniors, may the Lord continue to bless you!!
The intake was fast and easy. [name removed] the director was very nice and compassionate. They had my dad moved within a few days. The facility is clean and up to date. The staff is very nice. The therapist and other doctors keep you updated on their care.
