My father had wonderful care after surgery. The staff was attentive and kind.
This place is much better than I was expecting. Very nice & friendly nurses & staff from every department. This is definitely a top notch Senior living & rehabilitation center. A+ from me ! Even had a petting zoo one day ! There was a pie eating contest, & I won ! Bingo & other games are played every day. The meals are great & they work with you so you won't have to eat things that you don't like. The therapy I did was daily & the 3 therapists that I worked with did a great job with me. Shout out goes to Amy, Hope, & Amy. Overall, everything was very good & I would recommend this nursing…

All staff employees are wonderful. They care about your loved one.
I was highly satisfied with my care at fountain view, The staff went above and beyond. Very thoughtful and professional. They treated everyone with dignity. made you feel like family. from the nurses to the therapist, the aids and the event coordinator thank so very much from Holly Jones. Thank you so much.
Fountain View provided excellent care to a family member after they were hospitalized for rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Fountain View to my family and friends. Samantha Presto went above and beyond to support my family member. Samantha was professional and provided outstanding patient services!
I am finally ready to write my review of this very horrific place. My dad entered into this facility to rehab from a broken hip. He entered here walking, but needed just a little more rehab so he could be released back home where he was previously independent. The first week her was there they did absolutely no rehab with him. During that time he developed his 1st pneumonia. I had to personally take him to the ER to get it cured since they did not address it. After returning to their facility after a hospital stay, he basically stayed in his bed most of the day. No one encouraged him to get out of the bed. He developed muscle atrophy for lack of exercise. Month 2 he began hallucinating. We tell them this, and they asked me "do you think it's his medication?" Like, how would I know??? I"m not a doctor! Their Doctor would see him maybe once a week. I asked several time to be contacted by the Doctor to be notified of any and all test results. Apparently Dr. Cassidy is too busy to call. So shortly after us witnessing hallucinations, I get a call that my dad couldn't respond to them and they were going to send him to the ER. So month 2 and 2nd trip to the ER. Pneumonia once again! He once again gets treated at the hospital and it clears up. Gets sent back. Still no rehab because he has foot pain that they can't seem to figure out or get someone to look at his feet for him So Dad is again laying in a bed 24/7. By month 3 my dad has lost 30 lbs. He thinks he has pneumonia again. I demand that they xray him for pneumonia 2 days before thanksgiving. They tell me he's negative for pneumonia. The next day I go in to visit him earlier than my usual time because i got out of work earlier. There lies my dad with just a gown thrown on him, his clothes lying on the edge of his bed and he's lying sideways, unconscious and unresponsive. I stormed down to the nurses station where they are just chatting and sitting around and i yell why is my dad like this? His nurse for that day named Mike gets up and goes to his room. Tries talking to my dad who doesn't know where he is. They were attempting to dress him!!! Like why wasn't he dressed prior to me arriving? I tell them, this is not normal!!! Mike says, do you want him to go to the hopsital?? YES!!!! Why was this a question????? So my dad had his 3rd ER visit in 3 months. He had 3 different types of pneumonia in his lungs. Hospital said there's no way this kind of pneumonia developed in 24 hours. My dad went into the hospital on November 26th and he passed away on December 4th 2025. Please, do not take your loved on here ever. We were there every single day to visit my dad. We tried advocating for him constantly. It got to the point that my brother spoke to the administrator named Dwayne who graciously hung up on my brother. So they are not professional, and definitely will not take loving care of your loved ones. Dr. Cassidy is garbarge, and I will never forgive Nurse Mike for letting my dad lay all day unresponsive and undressed until I got there. No patient should have to go to the ER 3 times in 3 months. 2 of them visits were because i had him taken there. Please stay away from this place.
Was there for therapy on my tipba and treated very well great nurses therapy was getting me stronger and helping me walk in 6 weeks
I had a family member stay here and the staff was so friendly and seemed to really care about their patients. I never had to worry because I knew they were in good hands.
