4.0 · 11 reviewsMy mother was here for rehab before. Professional, caring staff! I wish I hadn't moved her to a private pay facility that does not help out their seniors! I would recommend this care facility to anyone and everyone.
This is by far not a 4 star facility! My dad was there for 4 days (4 DAYS) and everyday was awful! I would get there and he would be soaked everyday! Asked someone to take him to the bathroom to be changed and they were short CNA's so he had to wait in pee. Another time I came in, he was soaked again and I talked to the head person about this issue. He said he would take care of it. Next day I walk in and he is wet again (he knew when he had to go) asked for him to be changed. They did and made his bed.... with the blankets that you could plainly see pee on. I've never seen anything like this…

The Nursing staff including the CNA's, are absolutely wonderful...My husband is on the Hospice Wing, and he is treated like family...I have no complaints whatsoever...

Prejudice and favortism
PHYSICAL THERAPY DEPT UNTOUCHABLE RE: CORRECT SERVICE AND HUMANESS. THE NURSING AND SUPPORT WERE MORE THAN ACCOMODATING.AS A PARAPELIGIC WITH TRIPLE BYPASS SURGERY I HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS RECUPERATING...BUT THEY DID THEIR LOVE AND CARING...AND WALL-A RELEASRD IN 3 WEEKS.
I think most of the nurses were really really nice but their level of urgency and knowledge seemed limited. I have visited a few nursing homes over the years and this one by far had the worst smell once you walked into the back halls. However they did have wonderful activities for the residents and were very sweet once my grandmother went on hospice and passed away.
