5.0 · 3 reviewsAmazing place that really cares for its residents. Top notch care. My dad was transferred here from a large rehab facility where he was getting worse instead of better. In a little over a week he is finally improving with the attentive care being given.
The staff go above and beyond in their care by celebrating birthdays of residents even if some residents are not oriented to time and can not even recall when their special days are. The staff also don’t take a break until all residents are finished with particular routines such as meals and exercises. The staff also collaborate with nurses and therapists, and follow through with specific instructions and home exercise program.
My father has lived here over a year and has said he’s very well taken care of. When I come to visit they are very nice and you can see they care about their residents. He was living in a much larger nursing home and he wasn’t getting the personal care he is receiving here. In Genesis the caregivers get to know who their residents are and their personal needs. We are very happy with him here.
