My mother was at Green Acres of Greenville. The staff was very caring. With difficult patients like my mother, they took their time and extra time out of their day to make sure that all of her needs were met as best as they could. They had daily activities. They had church services on Sunday, a lady would come in on Fridays to do hair, and they had special events around the holidays for family and residents. There was a lot, and I was happy with that. Most of the staff were very good. I did have problems with one or two, but I think that's no matter where you go. Their dining area was very…

Most of the staff were very good. I did have problems with one or two, but I think that's no matter where you go. Their dining area was very nice. They were having staffing issues at the particular time that my mom was there, so some of the food wasn't appetizing. I know that Green Acres is one of the higher ones as far as pay goes, so I think it is difficult to have people get in there because they are constantly raising the rates.
Recently visited my father for a visit. Obviously these visits can be difficult and emotional. The staff at the facility have been wonderful and make our visits pleasant and fun! They are very helpful and accommodating. Leaving my dad that day he commented what a “fun” visit it was and that would not have been possible without the support of the staff! Thank you!😀🥰
I went to Green Acres of Greenville. The staff was very friendly. Their food seems to be more than adequate. It's very healthy and well-balanced. I've eaten there. It's very good. They have games, puzzles, and live music. They have different gatherings for different arts and crafts, which you don't have to take part in if you don't want to. They have exercise groups. And that's just what I'm aware of. I'm not there every day. But I know they usually have a lot going on all the time for everyone. The apartment is beautiful. It's huge. It's bigger than my friend's house was. He has a nice-sized bedroom and a good-sized living space with enough room for a small table and a small kitchenette. I was just thinking that if there was a place I had to go, that would be the place that I would choose to go.
When I walked into Green Acres for the first time June 6th 2024, everyone greeted me with kindness and asked if there was anything I needed. Jess and Cassie the directors were very helpful and patient!! Very clean environment and well organized for meals and activities!! Great Job Everyone!! 👍👍 Eventually I would like to be here if needed!!
There are so many issues I will have to type them elsewhere and paste in here. This may take me awhile.
Green Acres of Greenville was very clean and very interesting from the way it was set up. It had an outdoor environment inside. So, it was very pleasant. Might have been a little bit too much for my brother to understand though. The cleanliness was good. We saw the eating areas and their meeting areas and everything was great. The staff was pretty knowledgeable, too.
The management and head nurse are a joke. They are firing people to keep their jobs. The food is terrible for what residents pay
The tour was good and all of the staff went out of their way to be friendly. But this facility looked dated and I just felt claustrophobic. It was not the right fit.
