4.4 · 34 reviewsMy mom has been on hospice for six years with severe Alzheimer’s. She’s been on hospice so I get a five day respite break. My mother has been in this facility twice and when she comes home, she shows that she’s been taken care of. I’m very happy with how she comes home how she feels and acts, even though she has severe Alzheimer’s I can still tell that this facility gives real good care and it shows when she comes home and I appreciate that they don’t ever over medicate her. They stay connected with me throughout her visit if needed. I highly recommend this facility.
I had an amazing experience with this Nursing/Rehab facility. Everyone is so professional, caring & compassionate.
Very clean facility with a kind and caring staff! Thank you all for taking such great care of our family member.

Excellent facility and amazing staff
My grandparents were cared for in this facility and they did a great job! Every staff member was nice and helpful, from the cleaning staff, CNAs, nurses everyone was great. It made a difficult time a little easier.
We had both of my parents here at different times. The staff were amazing...all departments of them. Friendly and very knowledgeable. We truly trusted them with all of our parents care. They treated my parents like their own family. Kept my parents comfortable right up to the time of their passing. We couldn't ask for a better place to have our parents.Im glad we chose here. The facility was always clean and welcoming each and every visit we made.
I visited the Intersect of Roscommon today. I am impressed. The atmosphere had a feeling of calm and caring. The longevity of the facility leadership and staff is a real asset. They are proud of the role they play in the Roscommon community.
