The staff is very kind, personable, knowledgeable and extremely patient. The facility is very nice and well taken care of. You will not find a more caring manager than Shawna. The compassion and care given to my mom and dad at the Brook Of Roscommon is Amazing and very much appreciate. Thank you to the staff for all you do, It does not go unnoticed by family members.
Such a beautiful building, amazing scenery around the building and an incredible kind, + caring staff. It’s been an honor to be able to visit here and connect with residents and family.

I absolutely love the staff! They are so loving and kind to everyone! My grandma lives here and we are very in love with the staff and facility!
We are so lucky to share the care of our mom with so many wonderful caring staff at The Brook of Roscommon! We can’t forget the kindness we were given as a family during our dad’s final days also which were here sharing space with his wife of 65 years❤️
The facility was notified of an upcoming 20% rate increase ($5,000/year!) and flat out FAILED to inform us DAYS before move-in!! Nothing short of callous, cruel, and flat out mean spirited. Management at every level failed to communicate with us. We were not 'guided through the difficult assisted living process' described in their misleading marketing.

The Brook staff is amazing and sweet. My mom lived there and loved it and the care she received. Lots of fun activities and a very well kept up place to live. The kitchen staff made amazing looking meals with a large variety. I would recommend to this place to anyone who needs a little extra assistance. We can’t thank them all enough! Diane and Tom Ray
