Physical therapy was excellent here. I chose this facility because of the reviews of PT. The staff works so hard but, when you have so many people to take care of it makes it hard. They need to hire more help. Ellen was so kind and helpful, she deserves a raise. As for the food it was hit or miss if it was good. I did eat in my room so it was hard to get hot food. I did have them warm up one meal. The salads, hamburgers, golush, pizza, grilled sandwiches were very good. Only meal my roommate and I refused to eat was an open face turkey with stuffing. It tasted like canned turkey and the…

It tasted like canned turkey and the dressing had way to much sage. We ordered something else. They need to also check if people are compatible in the same room. My first roommate was wonderful. She was able to go home before I did. I made a new friend!
When I came in with a hip replacement and broken wrist I was having a very hard time. Each day therapy worked with me and made impossible tasks seem manageable. I am leaving today with a cane and am able to walk on my own, get dressed, rejoin my family. I am grateful for Alicia and Sarah and all the patience they had with me!

Waited months for nothing. Waste of time and staff has no idea what is going on.
April kept giving us the runaround for months. If they are full why not just say so. Not very good with getting back with you. I wouldn't trust this place for my father anyway. Gehtto! Smelled like urine!
So incredibly happy with the care my dad received at JCMCF. The entire team was amazing! His social worker Erica was absolutely wonderful, great communication and patient. So great to know that there are such good people working in this industry!
People that Care for your family. Like family
My sister was here two years ago and had excellent care and rehabilitation experience. The staff was friendly and nice and caring. The therapy physical and occupational was upbeat and kept spirits up. So the last two times I have needed rehab for Surgeries my first choice was Jackson County Medical Care Facility, unfortunately they were always full I assume because everyone wants in. This time I broke s my ankle and am total non weight bearing for at least 6 weeks who knows after that. Have been at Jackson County Medical Care Facility for 1 week now best rehabilitation facility I have been in. Clean friendly, interested in you and how you really are. Saw one employee stop what she was doing and come hold the hand of patient who was crying during a gospel singer was preforming. I learned later she had lost her husband that week and he loved that song,I thought the employee was very empathetic. I would recommend this facility to any one for them self's or their love ones.
