We originally placed my mom here for physical therapy rehabilitation, but as her needs changed, it became clear that she required more assistance than we had initially anticipated. Leah was amazing and helped us complete some very important documents much faster than expected. The nurses have also been wonderful in caring for my mom and making sure her needs are met. Brandi was also someone who we had the most contact with. She helped us through a lot of questions that we had with my Mom. We originally placed my mom here for physical therapy rehabilitation, but as her needs changed, it became clear that she required more assistance than we had initially anticipated. Leah was amazing and helped us complete some very important documents much faster than expected. The nurses have also been wonderful in caring for my mom and making sure her needs are met. Brandi was also someone who we had the most contact with. She helped us through a lot of questions that we had with my Mom. Recently, my sister and I selected THE LAURELS OF HUDSONVILLE to take over care of our brother who needs nursing care. We had received wonderful testimonials from friends who had used THE LAURELS, to finalize our decision. After several weeks of care for our brother, we found that the prior testimonials were SUPER accurate. The staff is just outstanding. Our brother’s care is literally TOP NOTCH. If you need help for a family member, please read up on THE LAURELS as you will not be disappointed AAA+++

I was apprehensive coming here because I've never been in a facility like this. I came in with the inability to walk and inability to feel like my legs. And I was scared to even try. However, they made the adjustment easy. The physical/speech/occupational therapy team is phenomenal, everyone is so welcoming and inviting, they're patient and understanding and so helpful. They allow you to go at your own pace within reason. Now I can shuffle with the walker from the PT room to my room, slow and care and they're there every step of the way. The night shift crew has also been so accommodating. They are helpful and so sweet letting me hangout with them when I can't sleep at night. Then med nurses are also so helpful and encouraging Brandy and Laurie are so sweet and Laurie cheers me on every time she sees me doing PT.
I’m currently a rehab guest here and despite all of my hospital stays, the therapy department keeps me motivated to keep going. I’m using lots of different muscles I haven’t in a long time and I hope I can get back on my feet. I really enjoy being here.
I love the facility they treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like family . When it came to my insurance everyone else turned me away but the personal and staff took me in for my rehab. I would definitely recommend!
