4.9 · 126 reviewsThe Oaks at Jamestown is a fantastic place for your loved ones. The culture in the building is all about positivity, and compassion for the residents. The campus is beautiful, and there is always something to do. From going to a petting zoo, to playing bingo, to the weekly happy hour. Not only do the residents love it, but you can also tell that the staff truly enjoys working there. I couldn't recommend The Oaks at Jamestown more!
It is a beautiful facility. It is very clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. Definitely a great experience visiting there. And the residents are so happy. Definitely would recommend this facility to anyone who is facing those hard decisions in life.
You can tell the staff truly care about their jobs, not just for the resident but family members as well! Hard work and dedication goes along way!

My dad stayed at this facility for a few weeks for physical therapy. While the PT itself was good, the overall care he received was terrible. I ultimately had to move him to a hospital because he became so sick. He doesn’t even remember his time there — that’s how ill he was. What’s worse is that the nursing staff didn’t seem to recognize how sick he had become. When we arrived at the hospital, the nurses told me that he was filthy and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. I called and left a message for the nursing staff to call me regarding my Dads care and they didn't bother to return my call. I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects proper care for their elderly loved ones. It was an awful experience.
I visit the assisted living at The Oaks of Jamestown often and I’m thankful for the care my loved one receives here. The staff are kind, responsive, and compassionate, and the facility is clean and welcoming. It gives our family peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands.
We had such a great experience with our mom at The Oaks in Jamestown! Not only did she thrive and improve drastically with her health she also gained many friends! The staff and residents were the most kind, helpful and inviting group of people. The food is amazing and the activities planned are creative and so entertaining! We are looking forward to our mom permanently moving in- we know she will be in the best of hands!
My mother in law loved her stay at the Oaks when she was there for her rehab. We would visit her frequently and especially loved happy hour where we met so many great people. The staff was so creative with the themes for the happy hour events. We were very impressed! I will definitely recommend the Oaks to anyone looking for a retirement home or rehab experience!
