3.2 · 67 reviewsVisited this facility today and met with the residents. I received wonderful feedback about how each staff person takes care of them in their own way to meet the residents needs. Happy residents and staff say alot about the care they receive.
Staff is very friendly and caring when it comes to your loved one. The nursing team truly shows how much they care about their patients and treats them like they are family! . Leslie and Neil are always there to help and make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner if there is an issue and show that they truly care about each and every one of their patients!
Many concerns. Too many to list here. Staff did not communicate with us or each other despite numerous attempts. Would not recommend. Would not return.

Helpful staff!!
My mother spent a number of weeks in rehab at the facility. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment that she arrived. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and informative. The PT that she received was superb and allowed her to return to her home. The facility was clean, the staff responsive, and the level of care was excellent.
Low class facility. The facility appears to run through management issues consecutively. Reporting issues regarding harassment and abuse get you absolutely no where. The facility does not stock gloves or linens for aids to use on the floor. Over run with agency nurses and aides who would rather sit outside on a smoke break. The floors are disgusting and care for residents is poor. Relying on what seems to me ‘wet wipes’ for pericare. Lack of knowledge in transfer safety and room organization seems to be of a huge concern to me given the amount of “hoyer transfers” this facility has.
The staff is very caring and compassionate. They treat the residents like family. Everyone really loves Bingo!
I have a good friend in this facility and I am very happy with her care. The staff has been wonderful. Very friendly and sees not just to her regular needs but goes above and beyond what is required. She has adjusted well and made some new friends. The only complaint I've heard from her is that the food is too spicy.
