The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and I could see my aunt genuinely enjoying conversations with other residents. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for quality senior care.
My wife's memory care needs are specialized, and I've been impressed by how the staff personalizes her routine. They remember what she likes and doesn't like, and they treat her with genuine respect and kindness. The fact that I can visit anytime without restrictions means everything to me.
moved to meadows last year after my husband passed and honestly i was nervous about the transition. the whole team made me feel welcome immediately and introduced me to residents who became real friends. the courtyard is beautiful and perfect for reading on nice days.

The visiting physician program is such a relief for us as adult kids managing my grandmother's health from out of state. We don't have to coordinate appointments constantly, and her care is coordinated right here on site. The staff keeps us informed every step of the way.
The facility and care givers I had no problem with. The sales person was not truthful about refunds after the passing of our Mom. Refused to talk to me about this issue. Had to speak with regional manager to get any answers. Then waiting game to receive refund after many calls and emails.
I moved in three months ago with help from my grandson and wasn’t sure how I’d adjust, but it’s been great. The daily activities keep me engaged, I’m eating better, and I’ve made friends quickly.
Dad's always been particular about his food, and I was worried about dining at a facility. The kitchen staff actually accommodates his preferences without making a fuss, and he tells me the meals are delicious. That's coming from a man who's never been easy to please.
we toured three different places in saginaw and meadows stood out immediately. the memory care unit is so thoughtfully designed and the nurse we spoke with answered every question without rushing us. no hidden fees either which was huge for our budget.
