Not a place I would recommend, not a good experience with my dad. He passed away there and I believe because of their negligence over the period of time he was there quite a bit of weird stuff happened. Biggest one was that he was on oxygen. I would always go there after work at least once a week due to us living a long ways away, one day decided to take work off and go in the morning when I got there noticed right away he seemed off I looked up at his oxygen tube and his call button with the metal hook was hooked right on his oxygen line. Checked his oxygen and it was low How can anybody…

Checked his oxygen and it was low How can anybody with any type of nursing background or any common sense do that? I am far from a nurse and I know not to do that. Only way I could imagine somebody wanted to do that is to kill the person. That’s my opinion and he wasn’t mobile, so I know he definitely didn’t do it himself. He also told me a couple times, that they were trying to kill him, but obviously that was probably him just saying that cause he didn’t want to be there but seeing what I seen, there’s definitely something not right about this place…

I have left a review before. My brother has been there now for almost a year. Some people do their job , some people don't. I came to visit my brother yesterday and his track was running down his chest with fluid the room was filthy with trash. They haven't got him up out of bed in a while since the old unit nurse left. Paying for housekeeping is part of the payment process. And then they have a brace on my brother that isn't helping his legs I complained about it during his care visit. I don't get it.It is not hard to clean those rooms.I am a custodian. In some ways , it's a good place , but…

I have left a review before. My brother has been there now for almost a year. Some people do their job , some people don't. Paying for housekeeping is part of the payment process. And then they have a brace on my brother that isn't helping his legs I complained about it during his care visit. I don't get it.It is not hard to clean those rooms.I am a custodian. In some ways , it's a good place , but there's a lot of promises that they don't keep. They tell you one thing , and they do so much different. It's like everybody gets paid to walk around , make it look like they're working. I always keep a close eye on my brother like I said. There are some nurses that do care. It just made me really upset yesterday. When I came , his room was a mess. I took pictures and try to place a call to the administrator when I was there And of course no answer. It is not hard to do your job.I just don't get it. I was just really disappointed.

I wouldn't send my dog there. My family had to send my mother here, because of the kind of care she needed they wouldn't allow us to take her home. My mother had a bed sore within 5 days of being there. Despite me visiting nearly every day, they did not take good care of her.

Jessica Davis is a nurse who is currently taking care of my brother Michael a Galmore I haven’t met her in person however speaking to her she seems to be a godsend woman she’s very patient professional and kind and on behalf of me and my family we appreciate her and the other staff who is currently taking care of him God bless you all

When I first started coming to if place was always pleasant and smelt nice. Now when I visit it seems to smell really bad. We always have ask for our mother to be changed and the place smells like booboo all the time it just hits you in the nose. Don't know if they are short staffed or just need some real caring workers.

My grandma was here and it was awful.

My mother has been there since March. When she left my home, she could maneuver the house with her standup walker with assistance. She used depends and RARELY had an accident. For weeks they were using diapers and encouraging her to soil them because apparently it’s easier to let her lay in it than assist her to the restroom. She lays in bed all day or sits in an uncomfortable wheelchair. We have been requesting someone to approve for her the uses of a lift recliner that we will provide. Assisting her in and out of this type of chair makes not only better for her, but the person assisting her. So many calls go unanswered and in the meantime, she has a sore on her tailbone. Days have turned to weeks, weeks now months. We even would supply a manual recliner, just so she would have something comfortable during the day. PS. She had a couple of falls so she isn’t being assisted carefully!!!

Medilodge of Grand Blanc is very very very sad place to have to send my parent for rehabilitation. When we took her in there she was able to communicate, she was able to feed her self, etc etc etc. And now she is a zombie. The room has not been cleaned very well bugs on the floor. Sits in dirty diaper for hours, finding a lot bruises, and now bed sores. And to have they move her from chair to bed, is a very rough way they slam them from chair to bed. Staff can not keep the same lies straight. And the biggest concern is watch there medication. The gave her medication that was not prescribed which made her a zombie. Please if you love your family members don’t send them there. What I know now I wouldn’t even send my dog there😢
