When my brother was admitted here after his stroke, we didn’t know what to expect. From the very beginning, every single person we encountered treated him with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. It wasn’t just the nurses and therapists—it was every employee. You could tell they truly cared about his well-being and treated him with dignity and respect. The therapy team worked hard with him, and the staff always made sure he was comfortable and cared for. What touched our family the most was seeing how much the other residents cared about him as well. It created such a warm, welcoming environment that felt more like a family than a facility. As a family member, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about our experience. We are incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and dedication everyone showed my brother. Thank you for everything you did for him. You made a difficult time so much easier for our family, and we will never forget it.
This place is a beautiful fun cool place and the staff members are really nice
Seems like a very nice place to visit a loved one, my neighbor is there and she says they are doing a good job.

I don't usually review places in a point format but I think it's fair. I'll start off with 5 stars. The facility is clean, and has a great community vibe. The staff you meet individually are friendly. They acted with speed when the HF hospital virtually thrust my dad into their care. -1 star: The communication about any specific client, between (constantly rotating) staff and shifts, are almost non-existent. -1 Star: My relatives walked in (to see my dad) unannounced to staff prior, was not greeted or vetted, and then almost never saw any staff during their visit. -1 star: Pushing the emergency call button has a 5 to 10 minute response time. -1 star: Billing wasn't consistent. After my dad was taken to the hospital (*debatably* not due to the facility), I was quickly billed for a day of hospice, and the ambulance. I later was told it was just the extra day on the bill. I'm grateful, but this is about consistency and professionalism. I also had a negative experience when I personally brought them the payment. Last Star: My dad had an open wound on his butt. He entered the facility with it, no debate there. The facility seemed to be on top of it. I was there almost every day, and I was never told anything different. They never told me (or him) that it was getting worse. There couldn't have even been any attempt to heal it; it was that bad. Don't bring your loved ones here. It's a unfunny joke of a care facility.
This is a wonderful place. All the staff are so sweet, kind, and caring with their residents. It is also very clean. Highly recommend this facility!
Very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs
Mike, takes great care and a hands on approach to running a great, and energetic staff, to make a person's stay calming and not afraid of being neglected, when you need help with your rehabilitation and your stay there. They are professional, caring and experienced medically, but down to earth hard workers. My stay, surprised me.. Trying to get pricing for different rooms has been complicated. Given just 48 hrs notice to find a permanent location from blue cross. Intersect ihas been Unable to give me a price on what is available & at what price Since each area is depedent on different assements of my father. . Overall care has been good. Communication on blue crosses care coverage extensions is unknown
