3.5 · 127 reviewsUpon my arrival on December 22,2024, I was a victim of a stroke and my total right side was paralyzed. My rehabilitation started with PT and OT. The therapist that worked with me, enabled me to walk again. The e-stim that I received to my right arm was very effective. The therapist, worked with me and helped me get movement where I had none. In my opinion, my therapy has been excellent, my treatment has been Excellent and Mission Point/Harmony Village is the best place ever. Without them I wouldn't be where I am today. I recommend this facility to anyone.
Call three times trying to get pricing information. Nobody wants to call me back. I guess this place will be off my list!!!
I would never go to this place ever again some of the staff is nice but the other half could care less I could have died in there with a bad urinary tract infection and sepsis

Very rarely do I leave a negative review, unless warranted. I would give no stars if possible. This is your sign to NOT take someone you love to this facility. This is a great place to drop off a family member you despise. Cramped and filthy rooms, and very hard to visit loved ones because staff doesn’t check the door for visitors. Good luck trying to get help/answers from management about just about anything. The social worker(s) there never return phone calls, and they aren’t willing to help fill out Medicaid applications—or point you in the direction of a place that can. I am BEYOND disappointed that the hospital referred my Grandmother here. She was there for three weeks before we came to the realization that this sorry excuse of a nursing home should be CLOSED and took her elsewhere.
My dad is a resident at this facility, and he receives excellent care. I can tell that he is being well taken care of, because he is always content and speaks highly of the staff.
Both my wife’s grandparents went there, it was great!
Mission Point is a top-notch facility with an outstanding therapy department. The therapists are skilled, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping residents regain strength and independence. The care and encouragement they provide make a real difference. Highly recommended for anyone in need of rehabilitation services!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out!
