Northpoint was an exceptional home for my mother when it was time for her to move and receive more care. She entered with minimal care needs, and gradually those needs increased. Anna, the director, personally helped us every step of the way. It’s the people who work and reside there that make Northpoint an amazing place. Chris, the concierge manager, was always cheerful and eased my mom’s anxiety on a daily basis. The girls from Quality Private Care got to know my mother, and treated her with respect and dignity. I could go on and on, but will end by saying the staff cared for my mother…

Chris, the concierge manager, was always cheerful and eased my mom’s anxiety on a daily basis. The girls from Quality Private Care got to know my mother, and treated her with respect and dignity. We moved my grandfather into North Point a couple months ago. It was a smooth transition, and Jen was so helpful in providing all the information we needed. Out of all of the places we considered, North Point had the friendliest residents and staff! Everyone greets you when you walk by and engages with small talk. I think that the happiness and friendliness of the residents speaks to how well they enjoy living there!

We recently moved my father in, and the move was so easy. He has really enjoyed making new friends and the meals are delicious. Everyone is so friendly and helpful that he feels right at home. I no longer have to worry about him and him being alone. I am so glad we met Jen and got him all signed up for this new exciting chapter in his life.

Northpoint is a wonder. My grandma is so happy there! It is owned by a family so they are the most welcoming people and really run a great community like environment! It is always clean, the food is good, and the staff is on their toes 24/7. I have to say that any tenant that I have met there, that my grandma knows, just absolutely loves the place. I have never heard anything bad or negative. It really is a wonderful place for your loved ones to go to when it’s time for them to have an easier living situation! When you’re looking, be sure to check out Northpoint Village of Utica!

Thank you for continuing to be the best for my father. It's not easy to feel safe or comfortable with asking for help after being independent for years. And i appreciate all of you who give 110%, there are many of you here. As he has given caring attention to all he meets in life, I am glad he has the place to give him the same. After all, one day we will all be at this point in our lives of uncertainty and it helps to know there are decent caring people who know that.

We moved my mother in law in there in August. She honestly says she wished she would have moved there years before. The staff is amazing and truly treat you like family. The food is so good, I actually love being there around dinner time and eating with her. The peace of mind that we have now knowing that she is safe and being taken care of is priceless, on top of how affordable it is.

Northpoint Village of Utica is beautiful, clean and has such caring and friendly staff. I toured the facility with Jennie and was so impressed with her interactions with the residents. She knew everyone by name and put smiles on the faces of everyone she encountered. You can tell this is a community that cares about each other.

Our Mom stayed here for 4 years. We all loved the caring staff and family, beautiful facility and grounds. It's exceptionably clean, friendly, caring staff, good food and top notch holiday decorations. Can't say enough good things!! Thank you
