I have been here professionally a few times and decided to bring my dad here. Worst mistake I could’ve made for him. He has been home not even 24 hours since I pulled him from there and is already so much more independent. I hate I even agreed to take him here. I’ve referred 3 people here before and I will no longer be doing that. I was so wrong about this place and I am extremely disappointed that I trusted this company with my father’s well being. I have filed a few complaints with the state of Michigan, Medicaid/ Medicare and will also file one with ann arbor police department so they can…

I consider Optalis as more than a facility. During my mother's stay, they made us feel like family, surrounded by love and care. The facility was clean and had tasteful food my mother enjoyed. Each staff member was attentive to my mother's needs and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, my mother passed away within two weeks due to natural causes. She fought a long seven-year battle with cancer and kidney failure. The staff wrapped their arms around me and comforted me during a difficult time. Their compassion as a staff eased my pain and sorrow with warm embraces and encouraging words. I…

When I came to Optalis, I did not need a friend, I needed a Nurse. A person who was skilled in the craft of Nursing, Nicole S. Amber, Sarah, Heather help me look all my options, surgery or casting. Casting along with Therapist- Cathy ,Greg, Rolando help me navigate from a brace to a full walking cast giving me the necessary tools to go home. It's difficult at first but there are the hardest working people in Optalis the patient care assistants. The aides up close and personal the heartbeat of the facility My experience was A-1, knowledge is power. Thank Optalis staff for all that was done

If you at all care about your family member for the love of God do not send them to this hell whole. They are the definition of neglect and mistreatment. Horrible staff even worse room conditions. Absolutely will not recommend this place. Infact I go out my way to make sure people dont send love ones to this hell hole.

Wonderful facility, even better staff! When my parent needed to recuperate and receive physical therapy, my sibling and I weren't sure which rebab facility was best. The decision was made for us because Optalis was the first to accommodate my parent. I can say, I am more than pleased about the care they received. First, Denise is a gem. She was welcoming, calming, kind, informed, and reassuring. I genuinely like her and knowing she was there made an overwhelming experience much less...overwhelming! And the staff - they were wonderful! Yoliene, Kim, Parker, Deja, Jeff, John, Maria, Rose and Rachel - I wish I could recall the names of everyone who patiently cared for my parent with respect and attentiveness. My parent also enjoyed their appointment with the hairstylist. The facility is clean and quiet, the food was good, and operations were organized. There were no major issues, and prescriptions were dispensed timely. The facility met my expectations, and in some ways surpassed them. I miss the staff members - they made me feel less anxious about leaving in the evening, as I knew my parent was in good hands. I would recommend this facility. Thank you to the Optalis family - what you do makes a lasting impact! You all are amazing and truly make the world a better place!!

This is the first first nursing skilled facility I've ever been in so I did not know what to expect. The staff here though very short-handed were very kind and very willing to do what was needed. I want to shout out a few of the nurses, a few of CENAS, Activities Staff most of all the Physical and Occupational therapist. Using first names only and not in any particular order I thought you were essential to my recovery. Thank you Aaliyah, Tevonna, Sheila, Kim, Amy, Parker, Deniece, Mo, John, Rolando Deja, Claire and Rose 🌹 It is not my intention to forget anyone but I was not able to remember everyone's name. These people specifically made my stay there. Excellent 💯

This is my 3rd time in this beautiful house. One day after my knee operation, I came here. The cna, Cora took great care of me! She has a great future here. Amy, administrator, she is kind and smiling all the time. Curry, Mo and Keisha, thank you for their help and kindness to everyone! PT/OT are out of this world! They dragged me to therapy, haha, I greatly appreciate all of them! ORLAND is the Ace, very special! Nursing staff is excellent! RENEE, Amber, Melanie, I would like to thank them for their kindness, help and professionalism! Denise, concierge, a special thanks to my friend for all the help to every corner of the house , she is everywhere! I would like to also thank Cindy rehab makes me feel so special, always smiling with help, everyone is always helping! I really appreciate Joel, SW, he is so hard working! Very good to me. I love you all and you make it special to those that need help. I'm sorry if I missed anyone. You will always be in my mind and my heart. Wish you all well! I will see you again.
