3.7 · 235 reviewsI went to visit my family member at the Dearborn Heights location, and the staff was wonderful. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My family member is blind, and they make him feel comfortable and loved. He had all good comments about the staff and how helpful they are to him. Thank you, Donnita!
0 stars! My family and I were very involved, constantly there, knew the staff and still they would not abide by doctors orders. He was on a pureed diet and was given non-pureed food. He was on a honey-thickened liquid and was given water. Even after we met with administration to discuss our concerns and speaking to 4 different "head" of departments, 2 days later, he was given non-pureed food and water by the kitchen and nursing staff. The physical therapist and speech pathologist were the only ones who were helpful, understanding, and trying to help. This was not due to a shortage of help,…

0 stars! My family and I were very involved, constantly there, knew the staff and still they would not abide by doctors orders. He was on a pureed diet and was given non-pureed food. He was on a honey-thickened liquid and was given water. Even after we met with administration to discuss our concerns and speaking to 4 different "head" of departments, 2 days later, he was given non-pureed food and water by the kitchen and nursing staff. The physical therapist and speech pathologist were the only ones who were helpful, understanding, and trying to help. This was not due to a shortage of help, being overloaded, or being busy. My father left there in worse condition than when he arrived due to aspirating and not being able to complete his physical therapy.
My husband was at this facility 3 times. He loved it there. He just came home this month. The staff is really friendly & the PT & OT was worth the stay. The PT & OT is a 5 Star. We loved the PT & OT staff & everything they did to help my husband regain his strength to walk with a walker & use his arms. The rooms are spacious & I would have given a 5 Star rating but the food really sucked this last time my husband was there. The food was better 2 years ago…..not sure if you changed where you buy but it was horrible this last time he stayed. There were only a handful of times he could eat &…

Dearborn Heights is a great place for Nursing and Rehabilitation/Therapy. The team takes a lot of pride in caring for their residents. When I visit, the nursing team always speak very kindly to the residents and they are always engaged and caring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for skilled care or long-term placement.
Idk what was paid my mom is there. Dena fakhouri helped my mom get there. It was a whole bit. From.having a stroke in Florida being there for 49 days she finally got to Michigan and Dena made sure she had a bed bc it was very limited. She truly was a angel canceling her plans to help my mother. Ty again!!!
Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well organized. A special thank you to Dena, the administrator, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was professional, kind, and truly cares about the people she’s helping. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience!

I would like to praise Dena Fakhouri for her help. She was great to work with and, she showed integrity and professionalism. She also demonstrated empathy and understanding. I really appreciate her accountability and respectfulness. She always called me back in a timely manner. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Dena Fakhouri went thr extra mile for me and should be commended outstanding performance in her job.
