I have had nothing but excellent communications with the Director of Operations, Isabelle! She goes above and beyond to not only take care of all the paperwork, but to make sure all the residents have everything they need. I have clients in this Assisted Living facility and recently moved two more of my clients there when their previous place was being shut down. Isabelle worked with me in more ways than I can count, to make sure those clients were welcomed into their new place. She stays after "closing time" to make sure everything is taken care of.

Park place has a very good team. The residents are so happy to be there. Their activity team is great. And the management team are the best. The supervisor and the owner of park pace are amazing.

Bed bugs, filthy dirty barley have any licenses. Just disgusting

Unkempt residents, dirty facilities, and complete lack of professionalism within the organization.

Despite some problems the staff is very good.
