I decided to take my mom to Pleasant Manor after a referral, a walk-through and a sit down with Annette the Mgr. I knew this would be the best place for my Moms Care. I was so impressed with the staff towards their residents. During the time of my mom’s stay. I was very happy and relieved to know she was getting excellent care. My Mom needed attention because of her physical skills. She also enjoyed conversations and the staff was more than happy to accommodate her. I decided to take my mom to Pleasant Manor after a referral, a walk-through and a sit down with Annette the Mgr. I knew this would be the best place for my Moms Care. I was so impressed with the staff towards their residents. During the time of my mom’s stay. I was very happy and relieved to know she was getting excellent care. My Mom needed attention because of her physical skills. She also enjoyed conversations and the staff was more than happy to accommodate her. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to put their relatives into a care facility to check this place out. The price is very affordable
Very friendly and caring staff, they go above and beyond to care for my mom. The home needs a few cosmetic repairs but the inside is always clean and organized. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide a place for family to visit (although this has improved a bit) and 2. Provide a few activities for clients for mental and physical enrichment. All in all, I'm very happy with this facility and staff.
