Awesome facility. Very Clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We love the sunroom (comfortable and pleasant in the winter). I would highly recommend them
Great loving and caring people. Really involved and thorough
Excellent senior care in this home!!
As a healthcare provider, I can say with confidence that every time we work with Pleasant Valley Family Care, the individuals we serve receive outstanding care. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are supported with compassion, dignity, and consistency. We know our patients are treated like family, with true 24/7 dedication. I highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a place where quality and heart come first.
Moving Mom from her home was the toughest thing I’ve ever had to do. She was unsteady, and our family didn’t have the skills for the qualified care she needed. But when we met Veronika and Ben, along with the caretakers and the amazing kids, we felt right at ease with their professionalism and caring approach. The home is bright, very clean and uncluttered, and quite welcoming. Mom’s room has a lovely view of roses and flowering bushes. There’s a big community room for music or TV, and the residents get visits from musicians, social activity coordinators, and even a podiatrist. The staff is gentle, compassionate, and patient - and they get the job done. And the kids! They brighten up the day for everyone. It feels like home (with six grandparents). The soon-to-open climate-controlled (enclosed) patio is going to be a real treat. My family feels lucky to have found Pleasant Valley Family Care. I highly recommend PVFC.
Love coming here, beautiful home and caring people and always clean
We're quite satisfied with Pleasant Valley Family Care. It's like a nursing home, only it's a private home and they're licensed by the State. They give my husband everything that a nursing home would. It's pretty good right there. I have high respect for all of them. His room is not huge, but it's plenty big. He has a La-Z-Boy chair, a chest of drawers, a table, a bed, and his own bathroom. It's the cleanest place I've ever been. When you enter, you have to either take your shoes off or put on those plastic booties. There is a little porch in the front where you could go out and sit if you want. They have a chair out there, and those in wheelchairs can bring their wheelchairs out to the front of the house and look at the outside for a while. The staff is the best. They have a piano player that comes in, they have a guitar player that comes in, and they have somebody that comes in and does stuff with the patients. It's every week that someone is there.
Pleasant Valley Family Care provided a caring environment for my mother-in-law with advanced dementia for several years (2023-2025). My wife and I were very happy with the daily care she received. The owners Veronica and Bernard are wonderful, understanding, compassionate, and attentive. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!
