What a wonderful place for a senior loved one. Each of the directors openly shares their compassion and professionalism with the residents. From the cleanliness of the building to the meals served, care and expertise is shown. Memory Care especially has a heart for each of the residents. They adapt things like shower days and/or times to meet the person with dementia where they are at. They offer food items in addition to the meal at meal times to adapt to the dementia needs. I moved my husband to Quincy Place Memory care from a different memory care facility. I was unhappy with the previous facility. The cost at the other facility was higher, but that was not what prompted the move. It was the care, or lack of care that prompted the change. What we found at Quincy place was life changing for me. They knew how to care for David as a person, not just a “ dementia patient” They connected to him. They found ways to draw out his personality. They cared for all of him, not just his daily needs a to be dressed and fed, but his human needs to be social and interact socially. They knew how to problem solve without calling me daily but called me with appropriate notifications. I was able to trust them and take a deep breath and relax a little with him in their care. He did so much better in the new environment. It was brighter, more engaging. The staff was up beat, smiling, talking, constantly engaged with the resident’s. David’s health took a resent quick down turn, we worked with Hospice who worked well with Quincy place. In David’s last days and hours, we could not have asked for more loving passionate care than we received. They were present when needed, but gave us space and privacy. They were loving and caring and watching them say goodbye to my husband again demonstrated how much they cared for him. I am a nurse, a manager and not easy to please. I ask a lot of questions. I have high expectations. When I say these care givers are amazing, I feel confident recommending them to anyone. .

My grandparents are both there. I heard you all taking care of them. They are Donald and Marilyn Ensing.

My mother spent the last year of her life surrounded by loving and caring workers at Quincy Place memory care. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent care they provided!

The kitchen isn't up to code; I have found hairs in multiple of my meals there, as well as off-meat, and the Care staff is slacking, causing residents to be put under unhealthy conditions. There are better places to go.

I imagine it can be all kinds of amazing because the prices are absolute insanity 🤯 not sure why you would pay that much for an apartment anywhere

Quincy place is a top notch facility with excellent, caring, and compassionate staff and even more amazing residents! It a beautiful, clean, and an exceptional place to be!

Moving our mom into Quincy Place was the best decision we could have made. She's active and participates in as much as she can. She has created a second family and new friends with the staff and residents at Quincy. The social events, live music, crafts, dining and activities are top notch. I tell people it's like resort living!! The staff is amazing, kind, friendly and truly care about the residents. To anyone that's trying to make the tough decision to place your loved one in the care of others...Quincy Place is an excellent choice!
